Order Status
Shipping time - USA (48 states) Shipments
  Due to our highly efficient order processing methods, most domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse facilities in California. Transit time depends on shipping method selected by you. For our flat rate 6.95 (0.01 - 149.99 orders) and free shipping (150.00+ orders), typical transit time is 5 - 10 business days, actual may vary. We also do offer upgraded and express shipping methods, such as UPS 5 business days, UPS 3 business days, UPS 2 business days, and UPS next day air shipping. Shipping method can be selected by you during the checkout process.

Has my order shipped?
  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, you can, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If it's only been a couple of hours since order was placed, and you've realized you've made an error in your order, there's a good chance that we can still make that change for you. We do pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping. If it's been more than a couple of hours since order was placed, very good chance that it has already been processed or shipped. Then unfortunately no changes will be able to be made.

How do I track my order?
  Once you've received your order shipment confirmation via email, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  Please note, you'll only be able to log into your account if you've created one during/before you've placed your order.
My order never arrived.
  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. You'll be able to find the tracking number(s) of your order whenever available. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" via the tracking numbers and you've still not received them, please contact customer service for assistance here.
An item is missing/damaged from my shipment.
  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Some larger orders will require multiple packages for shipment.  If you have a multi-boxed order, please check through each box carefully to account for each item in your order.  If you still believe you may be missing item(s) from your order, even though all shipping packages have already been received, then please contact our customer service reps for assistance here.

If all of your packages have already been delivered, and you still believe you are missing item(s), or you have received damaged item(s).  Please contact our customer service reps within 7 days of receipt.  As it's not possible to determine what may have happened to merchandise/packages so long after delivery, we are unfortunately unable to accept missing/damaged claims after 7 days of delivery.  We apologize for the inconveneince, and appreciate your understanding.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
