| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

We are located in California, USA. You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Sales tax will be added on automatically during checkout. |

If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Please be sure that some documentation (especially order#) is enclosed with your return for a speedy turnaround. Once your return has been received, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for return to be processed. Returns are processed in the order that they are received, and do take a while to process because we do have to inspect for usage, damage, item count, sealed, etc. Returns are refunded back to the same payment method originally used. |
