Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We are located in California, USA.  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.  Sales tax will be added on automatically during checkout.  For orders shipped outside of California, we do not collect sales tax. For orders within California, tableclothsfactory collects sales tax  for the State Board of Equalization. If you have a valid California resale card, please submit a completed and signed tableclothsfactory Resale Form prior to placing your order. You can download a PDF Resale Form here (Adobe pdf format, download Adobe Acrobat Reader here) and email us the completed form along with your reseller license, or fax it to 626-667-2259. Once submitted, we will verify the completed form with the California State Board of Equalization. Until we have a signed, verified form, sales tax will be collected. If you've already placed an order, receipt of the tableclothsfactory Resale Form is not an agreement that the tax will be refunded.  Sales tax will not be refunded retroactively, meaning any order placed before submitting the proper documentation will not qualify. 
I have a question on my charges.
  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  We currently are only accepting credit/debit card payments at this time.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Please be sure that some documentation (especially order#) is enclosed with your return for a speedy turnaround.
Once your return has been received, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for return to be processed.
Returns are processed in the order that they are received, and do take a while to process because we do
have to inspect for usage, damage, item count, sealed, etc.
Returns are refunded back to the same payment method originally used.
