My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  All pricings are quoted in USD.

If you are located within USA 48 States(excluding APO/FPO adddresses), then you may be able to take advantage of our free shipping offer!  Orders totalling 0.01 - 149.99 USD are just 6.95 USD flat rate shipping.  Orders totalling 150.00 USD and above, you've just met the requirements for free shipping, congratulations!  Even if you've ordered 1,000 lbs worth of merchandise, shipping is still free!  

For US islands and international customers, although you're not able to take advantage of our free shipping offer, you can rest assured that due to our contract and agreements with UPS, our UPS and UPS international shipping rates are substantially discounted from published rates.  This means that not only will you save on the prices of our fantastic products, but also on the shipping costs as well.  However you look at it, it's a win-win situation for you, our customers!

  If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?
  Most standard shipping orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours once payment is received.  Express shipments (UPS 5-DAY, 3-DAY, 2-DAY, NEXT DAY) can be shipped same day placed only if order is placed BEFORE 1PM PST.  There are no shipping, transit, or delivery on weekends or holidays for all shipping methods. International orders may take longer to process before shipping due to the additional processing involved (i.e. customs forms, etc.)

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information, whenever available, within 24-48 hours of shipment.
