actual size is smaler than listed June 19, 2010

I have received today the Chair Covers Banquet  Satin White, and was disappointed with the size.  Before I ordered I measured my chairs and they exactly fit the listed size of these covers.  But when I tried them on, they actually are small. The actual size of the covers is smaller. The height of back of chair is listed here as 22 inches, but it is actually just 18 inches.
